When constructing insulation materials, corresponding measures should be taken for local steel mesh at the wall decoration seams, the four corners of doors and windows, and the four corners of the inner and outer corners. The thickness of the floor heating insulation board is generally 8mm, 12mm, 20mm, and the floor heating insulation board pays attention to thermal conductivity. Generally, the thermal conductivity of the insulation board is low. Therefore: the thinner the insulation board, the faster the heat conduction, while the heat conduction of the 20mm thick insulation board is relatively slow. There are shrinkage cracks in the separation joints between the outer wall layer and the insulation layer. Radioactive bleaching and swelling can be seen around the shrinkage cracks. Connection problems between the insulation slurry and the insulation material board can be seen in the scraped surface material. Cracks on the exterior wall surface mostly occur at the joints of the masonry and under the ring beam.
Construction requires hanging mesh, the construction process is cumbersome, and the construction period is long. The material strength is poor, it is easy to break, and the insulation layer falls off. The polystyrene foam insulation board has limited strength and poor bearing capacity, so it needs to be strengthened when facing tiles. Wall thickness is a factor that affects the thermal insulation performance of the wall. Because when we use the same material, its thermal conductivity is determined. But as the wall thickness increases, its thermal conductivity decreases. Therefore, the thermal insulation performance of the 37 wall is better than that of the 24 wall.
In summer, the outer insulation layer of the exterior wall can reduce the combined effects of solar radiation heat and outdoor high temperature, thereby reducing the inner surface temperature of the exterior wall and the indoor temperature. It can be seen that the outer insulation layer of the exterior wall is conducive to the building being warm in winter and cool in summer. EPS polystyrene board is also called expandable polystyrene board. Of course, this board is the most common thermal insulation material used for interior walls. It is believed that polystyrene board has the characteristics of light weight, low cost, low thermal conductivity and low moisture absorption. It is an inorganic glass mineral material, light weight, XPS extrusion, corrosion resistance and anti-aging. Therefore, it is recommended that large enterprises use this interior wall insulation material.
The base plaster layer shall not be bubbled or polished, and the plastering quality shall meet the intermediate standard of plastering. Flatness and verticality requirements: check 2m with a ruler and control within 4mm. Use a 2m ruler to measure the straightness of the inner and outer corners of the base layer, and the gap between the exposed joints shall not exceed 5mm.
After external insulation, due to the large heat capacity of the internal solid wall, the indoor energy can store more heat, thereby slowing down the indoor temperature changes caused by solar radiation or intermittent heating, the indoor temperature is more stable, and life is more comfortable. It can also make full use of the "free heat" generated by solar radiation, human body heat dissipation, household appliances and cooking heat dissipation, which is conducive to energy saving.
