1. Aluminum foil bubble insulation film pipe insulation material
The solar absorptivity (solar radiation absorption coefficient) of aluminum foil bubble film is very low (0.03). It has excellent thermal insulation performance and can reflect more than 97% of radiated heat. It can be widely used in building roof and exterior wall insulation.
In addition, the number of bubble layers has little effect on the thermal conductivity of aluminum foil bubble film. When the bubble diameter is constant, the thermal conductivity of aluminum foil bubble film decreases with the increase of bubble height; when the bubble height is constant, the heat of aluminum foil bubble film causes the conductivity to decrease. As the bubble diameter increases, the thermal conductivity of aluminum foil bubble film decreases with the increase of bubble volume, and the thermal insulation performance increases.
2. Aluminum foil foam pipe insulation material
The insulation material, that is, the core layer of the aluminum foil foam insulation film is replaced by XPE or EPE foam, but the insulation performance is better than that of the bubble.
3. Aluminum foil fiberglass cloth
In fact, the general aluminum foil fiberglass cloth pipe insulation material has the function of high temperature resistance, but the heat insulation effect is not good. But it can be combined with other materials (bubble film, XPEPE foam). After the aluminum foil fiberglass cloth is compounded, it has the functions of high temperature resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation.
