The construction process of the exterior wall insulation integrated board is mainly a bonding and anchoring method, that is, the exterior wall insulation system of the insulation decorative board adopts a combination of mud mortar bonding and anchoring to fix the insulation decorative board on the base wall. The insulation board at the corner of the door and window needs to be made into a knife handle shape, and the board cannot be connected at the corner. For the outer surface of the moisture-proof layer of the bottom wall, it is mainly to do a good job of moisture-proof treatment before the insulation board is pasted to prevent underground moisture from seeping into the foundation.
The bonding and anchoring method requires that the self-tapping screws should be tightened, and the cap of the plastic expansion nail should be flush with the surface of the extruded board or slightly screwed in to ensure that the tail of the expansion nail is screwed back to fully anchor it with the base. The thicker the bonding layer, the more bonding fillings are missing, and the greater the negative pressure effect of the wind flow. After applying the adhesive, immediately stand up and paste the board. The uneven joints of the extruded board should be smoothed with a grinding trowel, and the grinding action should be a gentle circular motion.
The bonding and anchoring method of the exterior wall insulation integrated board needs to be completed during the construction period and within 24 hours after completion. The base and construction environment temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃, and exposure to the sun should be avoided in summer; construction is not allowed in windy weather above level 5 and rainy and snowy days. If it rains suddenly during construction, effective measures should be taken to prevent rain from washing the wall. The special layered structure of the insulation decorative board ensures that the insulation decorative board itself is firm and flat. When the insulation decorative board is installed normally, the base should meet the standard plastering, without cracking, powdering, sanding, hollowing, peeling, flat surface, vertical facade, and vertical corners.
