Extruded board prepares special construction plan, labor demand plan and organizes construction team to enter the site, and reports to the supervisor and construction unit for approval. The polishing action should be a gentle circular motion, and do not polish in the direction parallel to the joints of the extruded board. After polishing, use a brush or compressed air to clean up the debris and other floating dust generated by the polishing operation. Use adhesive to apply a circle of adhesive around the extruded board surface, with a width of 50mm; the board core is arranged with bonding points in a plum blossom shape, with a spacing of 150mm-200mm and a diameter of 100mm. The standard layer of extruded board bonding area should be no less than 70%, and the thickness of the bonding layer should be able to level the extruded board bonding layer.
In the construction plan of the extruded board, the construction quality of the base wall, cement mortar leveling layer and door and window openings should be accepted, and the door and window frames or sub-frames should be installed in place. Embedded parts such as fire ladders, downspouts, pipelines passing through the wall openings and air conditioners extending out of the wall. There are corresponding standards for the number and fixing depth of each thermal insulation decorative integrated panel. Generally, the depth should not be less than 25 mm, and the number should not be less than 3. The filling width and filling depth of the foam filler at the deformation joint should meet the corresponding standard requirements. Since the slight unevenness and roughness of the base wall can be adjusted by special mortar, the flatness and finish of the thermal insulation decorative board to the base are relatively low, and the treatment is relatively simple.
